§ I · Schedule of fees
A price list that doesn't lie to you.
Flat monthly rates. No envelope caps. No per-seat reviewer tax. No surprise SMS or ID-verify line items in the closing days of a deal. Annual billing earns two months free, applied at the line level.
While we finish setting up billing, the entire feature set is free. Paid plans below are not open for purchase yet. Open a free account and you will keep everything you have when Pro arrives.
§ III · Questions of fact
Frequently asked · honestly answered.
- Q01Is there a limit on how many documents I can send?
- No. Every plan, free included, supports unlimited signature envelopes. Ensealed charges one flat monthly rate instead of metering per envelope, so your cost does not change with volume.
- Q02Do you charge per user or per seat?
- No. Reviewers, senders, and signers are unlimited on every plan. You pay a single flat rate for the workspace, not a per-seat fee.
- Q03Are Ensealed signatures legally binding?
- Yes. Every signature is backed by a tamper-evident audit trail and meets the requirements of the US ESIGN Act and UETA, and the EU eIDAS regulation, for electronic signatures.
- Q04What happens to my signed documents if I cancel?
- You can export any document together with its full audit trail as a vendor-neutral ZIP at any time, including before you cancel. Your signed records are never locked to Ensealed.
- Q05Is there a free plan?
- Yes, and most teams will never outgrow it. The Free plan covers core signing, templates, branding, and analytics with no time limit.
- Q06Can I embed signing in my own product?
- Yes. The Pro plan includes a REST API and webhooks so you can embed Ensealed signing directly into your own product.
- Q07What about storage? Is there a limit?
- Each workspace gets 250 MB on Free, 2.5 GB on Pro, and 50 GB on Enterprise. A typical signed contract is around 1 MB, so even Pro covers a few thousand signed envelopes. The sidebar in your dashboard shows how much you've used. If an Enterprise customer needs more, we lift the cap on request.
